Please read this entire document before placing your order.


Ordering Online:
Our online shopping cart system offers secure credit card processing, so you can rest assured that your order is safe!
To place an order, add items to your SHOPPING CART. Then press link VIEW SHOPPING CART. If you do not want to order some of the items, simply remove them from your shopping cart. When finished, click CHECK OUT. You will see an order summary page, continue by clicking “SUBMIT THE ORDER” and we will verify your credit card. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged or processed if you do not click “Submit Transaction”


Methods of payment:
Sharif Wear accepts the following credit cards online:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
All prices are in U.S. dollars.

If you get an error while processing your card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.
Please note that if you pay with an e-check or debit card you will be required to submit your drivers licence #. Your e-check wil not clear without this information.
Once the transaction is successful you will get a confirmation page stating this and you will be presented with the order number, please write down or print the confirmation page. This information will be e-mailed to the email address you provided as well.

Payment by Check is possible. The check will have to clear before goods will be mailed. Please contact Sharifwear: [email protected] for more information about paying by check.

 

Wholesale Accounts:
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Checks & Money Orders. Please note that a 4% bank charge applies for credit card cards and paypal orders.

Shipping and Handling:
Orders shipped to NY state will include NY sales tax.
US ground shipping on orders over $100 is free (This is for retail orders only. It does not apply to wholesale orders)
International Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail ONLY!

Sharif Wear ships internationally and to all fifty United States and the following U.S. territories; American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Normal standard shipping costs apply to orders to U.S. territories.

 

Orders will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days, following credit card authorization.
All standard deliveries are handled by United States Postal Service Priority Mail and/or United Parcel Service (UPS).
United States Postal Service offers standard delivery Monday through Saturday. If we have a question about your order, we will contact you by phone or email. Likewise, if you have any questions or changes to your order, please call us at 1-610-849-2239 any time or click here to

Shipping & Handling for Overnight/Express Mail:
Please note orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following day. Orders placed throughout the weekend/holiday will be processed the next business day.
Shipping & Handling for Wholesale Orders:
Orders shipped within the United States will be shipped UPS Ground.
International Orders will be shipped by USPS Global Express Mail Only.
Shipping is the customers’ responsibility & the possibility of using a Federal Express, UPS, DHL number exists. Please contact us for further information.

On shipping regarding consignment accounts the customer is responsible of shipping both to & from the Sharifwear Shipping Warehouse. Sharifwear is entrusting the goods upfront.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a copy of your invoice and tracking information. The customer is responsible for checking upon the status of the order online at www.usps.com and/or www.ups.com

 


Out of Stock Items/Backorders:
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you’ve ordered in stock, we will call you and inform you within 48 hrs.

We automatically backorder any item not shipped complete on your order unless you advise us to cancel a backorder item (s). Backorders not shipped within 60 days are automatically cancelled.

U.S.A backorders will be refunded by check only. Because of the secure shopping povided, we are not allowed to view complete credit card info.
International backorders will be contacted within 48hrs.


Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail:

There are no cash or credit card refunds once an order is submitted, only exchanges, so please, check your order carefully before final submission.

All clearance merchandise purchases are final.

If you have ordered the wrong size or the wrong color, we will gladly exchange it within 30 days. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from our offices. Please make an informed choice about the shipping method selected before mailing any items. We suggest using a delivery/signature confirmation on all packages so they can be tracked.

All claims for shortages, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

If Sharifwear ships the wrong item/ color/ size, we will assume responsibility for all shipping costs.

We will not accept exchanges after 30 days from the shipping date. Only tagged, unwashed, or unworn may be returned to our shipping office within 30 days. 
This policy does not apply to custom made orders. No refunds or exchanges for custom made orders.
